ABOUT MYSELF

I like science and technology and I love working in research

I work to understand the world around us starting from the atomic level. Atoms are the building blocks of matter and I want to improve how we measure these tiny building blocks and see what we can learn.
During my career, I've investigated all sorts of interesting questions at this length scale including how current passes through a single atom and how we can understand friction at the atomic scale.
To perform this work, I use atomic force microscopy and scanning tunneling microscopy. For a better look at my day-to-day life, check out my instagram (linked above).
