Exploring the world atom by atom
I like science and technology and I love working in research
I work to understand the world around us starting from the atomic level. Atoms are the smallest stable building blocks that nature offers us and I want to know what we can do with them.
This work has lead me to investigate many fascinating questions including "how easily does current pass through a single atom contact?" and "can we understand friction at an atomic scale?"
I use atomic force microscopy and scanning tunneling microscopy to probe nature at these small length scales. For a better look at my day-to-day life, check out my instagram (linked above).
